Randy Massengale – Founder
Randy Massengale’s career spans several decades working with leading edge technology firms such as; Intel, Microsoft, InfoSpace and Tektronix in the areas of human resources, marketing and operations management. As an entrepreneur he founded Spinoza Technology, a provider of software to the entertainment and education markets. He serves as advisor to several emerging companies and is adjunct professor of leadership, business strategy, and entrepreneurship, as well as executive coach at the Albers School of Business and Economics, at Seattle University.
He has contributed to several books such as; Six Lessons for Six Sons, Microsoft; In Our Own Words and The Corporate Closet, and is currently writing a book about the lives of extraordinary people who helped to shape our society in the 21st century due out in 2019.
He holds and Bachelor of Arts, from Lewis and Clark College and a master’s in management from Antioch University. He has published several articles internationally on the subject of Education and Industry Relations and hold a US Patent for software design. He is Regent Emeritus at Seattle University, also served on the Board of Trustees at Lewis and Clark College. He is a past board member of the Independent Colleges of Washington and the Social Venture Partners.
A native of Los Angeles, he is an avid cyclist, has extensive knowledge the Spanish language and has led several study tours to Latin America.
